Individual Therapy
Sometimes it's nice to talk to someone, but talking with someone works better. Telling your story and being given the space to do so can be healing. When your shared story and shared pain are received and accepted, healing can occur.
Accepting experiences and certain situations can be difficult. A good conversation about the things that occupy our minds can be of great importance. Learning to let go helps us move forward.
You can make an appointment to tell your story.

We provide guidance for the following themes:
- Anxiety and insecurity
- Stress and burnout
- Grief and loss
- Sadness and depression
- Trauma
- Physical complaints with a psychological component
- Life and existential questions
Relationship Therapy
Sometimes both partners feel they can no longer continue together. Both have already tried everything: long conversations, vacations, outings, shopping, arguments, getting angry, and sometimes even aggression.
Besides loud arguments, there can also be icy silences.
It can also happen that one of the partners is worried about the relationship and feels that the other needs to change, because otherwise the relationship cannot continue.
In the therapy room, we will create a safe space together to explore, alongside and beneath the intense emotions, how the dynamics have grown and are maintained.

Together we search for different perspectives and different ways to shape the relationship. One may also discover that they no longer want or can continue.
Therapeutic frameworks
Narrative relationship therapy
Pays attention to the influence of events on the relationship and how one can take position within it.
Emotionally Focused Therapy
Based on attachment theory. According to this theory, everyone has the primary need to attach to another person. In that need, wounds can arise. During therapy, one learns to express vulnerable feelings and desires, thereby increasing sensitivity towards each other and strengthening mutual attachment.
Systemic Therapy
Systemic therapy focuses on the dynamics within families and relationships. Problems do not stand alone – the social, relational and cultural context plays an important role.
Interactive Systemic Therapy
Discover the power of systemic therapy and gain insight into personal and family patterns through family constellations and bodywork.
For whom?
Whether you are curious about the dynamics within families, want to experience the role of a representative, or wish to explore a personal question: these interactive therapies offer a wonderful opportunity for self-reflection and healing in a safe and supportive setting. This is also valuable as training therapy for mental health practitioners.
What can you expect?
During these group sessions you will become familiar with various aspects of family constellations, and we work with cases brought in by participants. By actively participating, observing and experiencing, you can gain deeper insights into (unconscious) themes and patterns.
The process helps you to:
- Recognize and release old patterns and rigid body postures
- Embrace new perspectives and insights
- Understand personal and relational themes at a deeper level
- Set intentions and guard boundaries
Group Therapy
Nedanza offers body-oriented and psychodynamic group therapy. Both an 8-session track and an ongoing track are available. Both tracks aim to develop deeper contact with your inner world. We work from a psychodynamic approach combined with body-oriented exercises, including exercises from Tai Chi. Tai Chi is originally a martial art, but is also used to promote health and wellbeing.
What is group therapy?
Group therapy is talking with others to better understand yourself. The idea is that by talking with others, you learn about yourself, your problems and how to address them. You try to accept feelings that you normally run away from, and learn to deal with them. This makes you more familiar with your feelings, needs and your inner world.
Attention is also paid to how things from your past still influence you today, such as feelings you had to hide as a child. With the help of the group and the therapists, you work on allowing these feelings now, which often brings relief and more control over your life.
In consultation with your therapist, the choice between the short-term or ongoing track can be made.
Body-oriented psychodynamic group therapy – ongoing
This group therapy is primarily focused on body-oriented exercises from Tai Chi. In this way, we work on awareness of emotions, experiencing relaxation and achieving inner balance.
This is an open group. You can join at any time. Sessions take place every Monday evening from 19:00 to 20:30. We close the session with a cup of tea.
Body-oriented psychodynamic group therapy – 8 sessions
In this group therapy, an open group discussion takes place without a fixed agenda, combined with body-oriented exercises (for example, registering emotions in the body or Tai Chi exercises). Through sharing and receiving feedback, you gain more insight into emotions and certain patterns.
This is a closed group. After registration, attendance at every session is expected. The next group starts mid-January 2026. Sessions take place 8 times on Tuesdays (English) and Wednesdays (Dutch) from 09:15 to 10:45.
