Sometimes it's nice to talk to someone, but talking with someone works better. Telling your story and being given the space to do so can be healing. When your shared story and shared pain are received and accepted, healing can occur.

Accepting experiences and certain situations can be difficult. A good conversation about the things that occupy our minds can be of great importance. Learning to let go helps us move forward.
