For whom?
Whether you are curious about the dynamics within families, want to experience the role of a representative, or wish to explore a personal question: these interactive therapies offer a wonderful opportunity for self-reflection and healing in a safe and supportive setting. This is also valuable as training therapy for mental health practitioners.
What can you expect?
During these group sessions you will become familiar with various aspects of family constellations, and we work with cases brought in by participants. By actively participating, observing and experiencing, you can gain deeper insights into (unconscious) themes and patterns.
The process helps you to:
- Recognize and release old patterns and rigid body postures
- Embrace new perspectives and insights
- Understand personal and relational themes at a deeper level
- Set intentions and guard boundaries
Program
Welcome, introductions and introduction to systemic work
Space for 2-3 family constellations, reflection, psychoeducation and guidance
Shared lunch
Continuation with family constellations and completion of the process
Closing, brief reflection and self-care tips
Participants are encouraged to write down their insights and experiences for further integration. Aftercare and individual therapy options can be discussed.
